Due to the high volume of people playing on Rust Empires Main, we added a second server called Rust Empires Two. This server is intended to be a bit more automated compared to our main server. Below are the differences between RE1 and RE2 as well as the rules that are specific to RE2.
Main Differences
- On RE2, players are unable to do damage to other players outside of the PVP domes.
- Raiding on RE2 is whitelist only, once a player confirms they understand the rules and have played there for some time. They can be added to the whitelist to get permission to legally raid players (evictions).
Rust Empires Two specific rules
- Raiding/Evictions: Unlike RE1, you cannot raid bases in unclaimed land. You can raid for inactives anywhere or people who build on your land. You cannot raid on land that isn’t yours, even if unclaimed.
This protection does not include people who live elsewhere, only for new players who build on unclaimed. - Inactive Time: Since RE2 is a more relaxed experience, it takes five days to be considered inactive.
- Banishments: Since people can’t kill people outside of PVP domes, if you are banished from land, do not enter it or you risk being banned.
- Build Restrictions: RE2 does not have build restrictions like RE1. Use your head, if you build too much and someone complains, the community will take a vote and you may be forced to downsize.
- War: RE2 does not have war. All issues should be settled in the PVP domes.
- Land claiming: On RE2, solos are allowed to claim anywhere.
- Cities: Only 2 members are needed to apply for city status. Cities can have a CS claim.
- Casino: Only 1 clan member is required to apply for casino.
